Hi Sophia,
Congratulations on completing your doula training!
I’ve been a doula for 7 years, and worked with PALS for the first 3 years. I moved to the West Coast for a midwifery apprenticeship, and now I’m in nursing school to eventually become a CNM. I didn’t take Debra’s training, so my way of doing things might be a little different. Here’s my feedback for you:
I love the professional presentation of your video!
Double hip squeeze – it’s a little hard to tell from far away, but it looks like you’re using your fingertips to place pressure rather than your palms. This hand positioning might be more helpful: http://www.doulightnyc.com/blog/2016/5/20/the-mighty-double-hip-squeeze
When doing the rebozo belly sifting on all fours, make sure the rebozo is evenly spread around the belly from top (just under the breasts) to bottom, not bunched up. (It’s fine to bunch it up when just lifting from below though!)
